These terms apply when you buy from klarain.com. Klarain is operated by Solasculp AS (org. no. 937 082 746), Ski, Norway ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Filter refill subscription
Refills are optional. The refill box is shown on the product page before checkout, and refills only start if the box is ticked when you pay. When you do, you agree that we will charge the card you used, $19.99 every 30 days, starting 30 days after your order, and ship one filter pack each time until you cancel. You can skip or cancel any time online at klarain.com/manage, or by emailing support@klarain.com. Canceling stops all future charges. We email you a receipt after every charge.

Product use
Install the showerhead as described in the included instructions and replace the filter when it turns brown. Results for skin and hair vary from person to person. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
