40-day returns

If you're not happy with your Klarain showerhead, you can return it within 40 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to return

1. Email support@klarain.com with your order number (it starts with KL-).
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once we receive the return, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or stops working, email us a photo and we'll send a free replacement. You don't need to send the item back.

Filter refills

You can skip or cancel refills any time before the next charge at klarain.com/manage. If a refill was charged by mistake, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it.
