Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 50 United States. We don't currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, including filter refills.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 6–10 business days from the day you order. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays and lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email support@klarain.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before it ships.
