Klarain is operated by Solasculp AS (org. no. 937 082 746), Ski, Norway. This policy explains what we collect when you visit klarain.com or place an order, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. We receive the card type and last 4 digits, never the full number.
- Browsing data: pages viewed, device and browser type, IP address, and cookies, including the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, and to run your refill subscription if you chose one.
- To send order and shipping emails.
- To measure and improve our ads. We share hashed (scrambled) contact details and purchase events with Meta through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, so Meta can tell us which ads led to purchases.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), our fulfillment partners (to ship your order), Cloudflare (website hosting), our email provider, and Meta (advertising measurement). We don't sell your personal information for money.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@klarain.com. California residents can also opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; email us with the subject "Do not share" and we'll stop sending your data to Meta. You can also block cookies in your browser or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and tax law, and delete other data when it's no longer needed.
